Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the MoodSnug application and website, operated by Wombat d.o.o. ("we"). By using MoodSnug you agree to them.
The service
MoodSnug lets you share presence information (availability, mood, optional profile details and location) with people you explicitly connect with, end-to-end encrypted. The service is provided "as is"; we work hard to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Your account
You need a verified phone number. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country) to use MoodSnug.
Acceptable use
- Don't use MoodSnug to harass, impersonate or harm others.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or access other users' data.
- Don't use the service where prohibited by applicable law.
Subscriptions
Optional premium features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the app store. Prices are shown before purchase; you can cancel any time in your store subscription settings, effective at the end of the paid period. Store refund policies apply.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
